Accounts Administrator
Our client is a respected, multi-site automotive dealership group with strong systems, experienced leadership, and a high-performing finance team.
They’re looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to step in on a fixed-term contract through to October with potential to go permanent.
This is a key support role in a busy environment — perfect for someone confident, capable and ready to make an immediate impact.
You’ll be the steady pair of hands that keeps the finance function running smoothly. This isn’t a graduate role or a stepping-stone position. it’s suited to someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership, and delivering accurate, reliable work in a fast paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and lodge GST, FBT and PAYE returns
- Oversee payroll processing
- Assist accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with HR administration tasks
- Review vehicle transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Process journals and complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare debtor reporting
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Support cash flow reporting alongside the Financial Controller
About You
- Proven experience in an accounts or finance administration role
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
