Aftersales Advisor
Botany Toyota, part of the Manukau Toyota Group, is looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join its busy service team.
Operating from an award-winning, purpose-built showroom and service centre in East Tamaki, Botany Toyota brings vehicle sales, servicing, parts and complete aftersales support together under one roof.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service or Aftersales Advisor who enjoys working in a busy dealership environment and wants to further their career with one of New Zealand’s leading automotive groups.
You’ll be an important link between customers and the workshop, managing the service journey from initial booking through to vehicle handover and ensuring customers are kept informed every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with Toyota standards
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Managing the customer service journey from booking through to vehicle collection
- Communicating repair requirements and service recommendations to customers
- Liaising with technicians and the parts department to maintain efficient workflow
- Keeping customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process
- Preparing service documentation, invoices and vehicle handovers
- Assisting with warranty and general service administration
- Building strong relationships with new and returning customers
About You
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant automotive industry experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident communicating with both customers and workshop teams
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy dealership environment
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
