The Role
- Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the service and parts departments
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed financial and customer satisfaction targets
- Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and parts staff
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency across the workshop
- Implement and maintain strong aftersales processes and systems
- Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and reporting
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute aftersales strategies
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
About You
- Proven experience in automotive aftersales leadership (Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or similar)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Customer focused with a commitment to delivering premium service
- Highly organised with strong problem solving ability
- Strong understanding of workshop operations, systems, and processes
