This role is perfect for a proven aftersales leader or senior Service/Parts Manager ready to step into a pivotal position, driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the aftersales operation.

The Role

  • Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the service and parts departments
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed financial and customer satisfaction targets
  • Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and parts staff
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency across the workshop
  • Implement and maintain strong aftersales processes and systems
  • Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and reporting
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute aftersales strategies
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance

About You

  • Proven experience in automotive aftersales leadership (Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Customer focused with a commitment to delivering premium service
  • Highly organised with strong problem solving ability
  • Strong understanding of workshop operations, systems, and processes
