Aftersales Manager

Golf Imports, a growing business in the electric and utility vehicle sector is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its operational and aftersales functions.

The company imports and sells brands EZGO and Global Carts.

Based in Papakura, this newly created leadership role will oversee the workshop, service, parts, logistics, and customer support operations across the business, while working closely with senior management to help drive the next stage of growth.

With responsibility across multiple departments, this role requires someone who can lead from the front, bring structure and accountability, and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.

The business is continuing to grow its nationwide support capability, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, implementing structure, and helping scale operational performance.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the detail, supporting their team, and building strong systems within a growing business environment.

The Role

  • Leading the workshop, service, parts, and logistics functions
  • Managing workflow allocation and workshop efficiency
  • Monitoring productivity, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing inventory control, stock management, and parts operations
  • Supporting nationwide service delivery coordination
  • Supporting operational projects, system improvements, and nationwide service initiatives
  • Driving process improvement initiatives across operations
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing staff across multiple departments
  • Supporting health & safety, compliance, and operational best practice

About You

  • Proven leadership experience within a workshop, service, or operational environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement structure, and drive accountability
  • Strong understanding of service delivery and inventory management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to improve systems and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • A hands-on leadership approach
  • The ability to work across multiple operational areas in a growing business

You will likely come from an automotive, distribution, light manufacturing, assembly, or service-based environment, where operational leadership and strong systems and process execution have been central to your success.
