Day to day responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with clients
- Oversee daily workshop control, ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently
- Support quoting, billing, and parts coordination to keep the operation running seamlessly
- Provide technical understanding to assist the workshop team where needed
- Contribute to team development and help drive performance in a fast-paced environment
About you
- A trade-qualified Automotive Mechanic/Auto Electrician or proven experience supporting technical teams
- Experience across multiple automotive brands
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
- Clear, confident communication skills with both customers and team members
- A drive to continuously learn and step up into leadership responsibilities
