You will have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, work directly with local businesses, and position yourself as a trusted advisor in fleet transition, while still benefiting from showroom traffic and a strong product offering.

The Role
- Proactively develop B2B opportunities across the Taranaki region
- Engage with business owners around fleet solutions (EV, hybrid & commercial)
- Book and attend appointments, presenting tailored vehicle solutions
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-up activity
- Support in-dealership sales using walk-in traffic
- Work from the dealership as a base, with freedom to be out on the road
- Sell across new and used vehicles, with additional earnings through finance, insurance, and protection products
- Alternate Saturdays (9am–12pm)
About You
- Proven sales experience (automotive or B2B highly regarded)
- Confident building relationships and generating your own opportunities
- Organised, disciplined, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Driven by results and financial reward
