This is not your typical yard-based role.

You will have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, work directly with local businesses, and position yourself as a trusted advisor in fleet transition, while still benefiting from showroom traffic and a strong product offering.

The Role

  • Proactively develop B2B opportunities across the Taranaki region
  • Engage with business owners around fleet solutions (EV, hybrid & commercial)
  • Book and attend appointments, presenting tailored vehicle solutions
  • Manage your own pipeline and follow-up activity
  • Support in-dealership sales using walk-in traffic
  • Work from the dealership as a base, with freedom to be out on the road
  • Sell across new and used vehicles, with additional earnings through finance, insurance, and protection products
  • Alternate Saturdays (9am–12pm)

About You

  • Proven sales experience (automotive or B2B highly regarded)
  • Confident building relationships and generating your own opportunities
  • Organised, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Driven by results and financial reward
