Branch Manager

We are working with a well-established automotive business looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead their Botany operation.
This is not a sit back management role. You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the branch, supporting sales performance, driving operational standards, and helping grow the business as the site ramps back up through 2026.
With multiple parts to the wider operation including vehicle sales, compliance, logistics, freight forwarding, and online platforms, this role offers plenty of variety and long-term opportunity for the right person.
You will initially train within an established branch before taking the lead at the Botany location.

About You
- Previous automotive sales or branch management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer centric approach with commercial awareness
- Honest, trustworthy, and highly reliable
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on environment
- Strong technology and systems capability
The Role
- Lead the daily operations of the Botany branch
- Drive sales growth and branch performance
- Support finance penetration and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with the wider leadership team
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Assist with stock, logistics, and operational coordination
- Help build a strong, high performing team culture
This is a six-day rostered role within a business that operates seven days a week, so flexibility and commitment are important.
