- Previous experience within automotive finance, lending, banking services
- Strong understanding of lending, finance applications, and customer service
- Commercially minded with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident building rapport and guiding customers through financial solutions
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable operating within a fast-moving sales environment
- Professional, driven, and motivated by performance outcomes
The Role
- Present finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
- Drive finance penetration and dealership profitability
- Support the sales team through the customer purchase journey
- Manage lender relationships and finance applications
- Maintain compliance and documentation standards
