East & South Toyota is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to join its successful Manukau dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) professional with a proven sales track record, strong industry connections and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role
- Drive finance and insurance sales across the dealership
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders and insurance providers
- Work closely with the vehicle sales team to maximise opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed F&I sales targets
- Ensure all finance and insurance processes meet compliance requirements
- Deliver a professional and seamless customer experience
About You
- Proven experience in an Automotive F&I / Business Manager role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Established industry relationships and sound financial product knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Highly organised, self-motivated and commercially driven
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a results-focused environment
