Customer & Dealer Support Ambassador
Muster are on the hunt for and experienced automotive aftersales professional to join an automotive distributor group as their Customer & Dealer Support Ambassador.
The role is based at their headquarters in Mount Wellington and is responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.
The role is also responsible for managing Total Service Accounts with the objective of generating revenue for the distributor and it’s dealer network.
You may currently be in a Service Advisor role and looking for a change out of the retail world and are ready to use your automotive knowledge in a different environment.

About You
- Deep Automotive industry knowledge
- Confident in both written and verbal communication
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Tech-savvy — proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, proposals, and account and customer tracking
- Highly skilled in delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term client satisfaction
- Ideally able to start ASAP
Role Specifics
- Manage day-to-day inbound customer enquiries across multiple brands through various channels
- Ensure prompt responses to customers
- Manage customers using the CRM and maintain strong relationships
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and applying problem solving skills to resolve issues
- Work with internal departments to resolves complaints and queries
- Maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments on call campaigns
- Provide support to dealers and other stakeholders as required
- Ensure timely preparation of essential reports
