Customer Relationship Manager

In this role, you will manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolutions while analysing trends to drive continuous improvement.

The Detail

  • Manage and respond to customer communications across multiple channels
  • Conduct inquiries and analyse customer complaints
  • Liaise with dealerships, sales, and service management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Act as a primary contact for customer queries and complaints
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction
  • Promote best practices in customer complaint management
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback
  • Drive a positive complaints culture internally to ensure complaints are welcomed and encouraged
  • Train internal teams on complaint handling and support career development of the customer service team
  • Handle tribunal queries

About You

  • Experience handling and analysing complaints
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to implement and drive processes
  • Ability to act with sensitivity and remain objective and impartial
  • Solutions-driven with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Methodical and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Very strong telephone, written and general communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
