Dealer Principal - Northland
Power Farming Northland, based in Whangarei, is seeking a commercially astute, people-focused Dealer Principal to take full ownership of branch performance across sales, service and parts.
Backed by one of New Zealand’s most respected agricultural machinery groups, you’ll have strong national support, established systems and premium brands — while retaining genuine local autonomy.
You’ll be responsible for the overall success of the dealership, leading and aligning sales, service, parts and admin teams to drive revenue growth, protect profitability and lift market share.
With clear operational discipline and financial oversight, you’ll strengthen customer relationships across the farming, horticulture and contracting sectors while building a high-performing, accountable team culture.
This is a visible leadership role where your decisions directly shape performance, morale and reputation in the region. You will be able to demonstrate your strong sales background and how that will drive success in the region.

About You
- Proven experience leading multi-functional teams
- Strong branch, dealership or retail leadership background
- Solid financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, P&L ownership)
- Confidence using CRM and operating systems to drive decisions
- Commercial judgement and understanding of sales cycles
- Agricultural, machinery or aftermarket/service exposure is highly advantageous
