Group Branch General Manager
Manukau Toyota Group are opening their brand new dealership in Pukekohe, in the next couple of months, and Muster are recruiting the Group Branch General Manager to lead the dealership at its new site.
Manukau Toyota Group (MTG) has been operating for over 30 years and is proudly locally owned. It is the largest Toyota dealership group in New Zealand and its record is second to none, having led sales and aftersales records for the last 8 years, including being #1 for New Vehicle Sales since 2017, and #1 for Parts Sales and Service Revenue (apart from Covid AK lockdowns in 21) since 2016.
The Group Branch General Manager - Pukekohe will report into the COO and will be responsible for the growth of the new dealership. The opportunity is unlimited, and we are seeking an experienced dealer principal to realise the potential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong automotive retail management background, combined with sales and operational excellence across all aspects of the automotive dealership including sales, finance and aftersales operations.

- Automotive Dealership general management experience
- Commercial success across all departments: New, Used, F&I & Aftersales
- A respected leader, and team player with integrity
- Track record of developing new businesses, people and highly performing teams
- Strong attention to detail, operational standards and excellence, and customer experience
