National Parts Manager

They’re now looking for a commercially astute National Parts Manager to take ownership of their wholesale parts division and drive the next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership role based at their modern global head office in Morrinsville, reporting directly to the CEO.
You’ll sit at the heart of the operation – influencing procurement strategy, supplier relationships, inventory performance, and national dealership profitability. You’ll need to be equally comfortable in the boardroom, on the warehouse floor, and sitting across the table from key suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting and executing a clear national parts strategy
- Strengthening supplier partnerships and negotiating commercially sound agreements
- Optimising procurement, inventory planning and warehouse performance
- Working closely with 18 dealerships to lift parts revenue and service levels
- Leading and developing a capable national team
About you
- Proven leadership experience in parts, procurement or supply chain
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into results
- A confident negotiator who builds long-term supplier relationships
- Experience working across multi-site operations
- Exposure to agriculture, automotive, heavy equipment or similar industries is highly regarded
