Office Administrator

Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their dynamic team in Mount Wellington as an Office Administrator in a temp position, with the possibility to go permanent.
The company is the logistics provider to an NZ owned group of automotive businesses and role will be 100% office based.

Day to day duties:
- Fulfil orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
- Deal with track and trace queries
- Deal with customer queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Support the Head of Warehouse & Distribution Operations
- Assist with various office based tasks to maintain a smooth workflow
About you:
- Experienced as an Office Administrator, ideally in a logistics business
- Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Word and Excel
- Be able to start immediately and able to work full time
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Possess good communication skills
- Prioritise health and safety practices in the workplace
