Parts Advisor

In this role, you’ll provide essential parts support to both retail and trade customers, working alongside a skilled team that values expertise, efficiency, and delivering the right solutions every time.

Benefits
- $65,000 – $70,000 base salary + commissions
- Monday to Friday role, 40–45 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Manage parts enquiries from retail and trade customers via phone, email and in person
- Provide expert advice on parts availability, pricing and fitment options
- Process parts orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery and accurate records
- Maintain inventory levels, including stock controls and ordering
- Support the workshop team with parts identification and technical knowledge
- Deliver excellent customer service with a personalised approach
- Handle parts invoicing, payments, and documentation accurately
About You
- Experience in an automotive parts advisor or similar parts sales role
- Strong automotive parts product knowledge and interest
- Comfortable supporting workshop/service operations
- Understanding of NZ parts suppliers, pricing, and ordering systems
- Clean NZ driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable with computers and inventory systems
