Parts Advisor
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a leading prestige automotive dealership based in Auckland.
This is a sole charge role, offering autonomy and ownership for someone confident managing all aspects of a parts department.
Due to an unexpected vacancy, we are looking to appoint someone as soon as possible and are open to both temporary and permanent options.

The Role
This position will see you taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the parts function within a high-performing aftersales environment.
- Managing all workshop and retail parts enquiries
- Ordering, receipting, and invoicing parts
- Maintaining stock control and inventory accuracy
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Supporting the workshop to ensure efficient job turnaround
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and brand standards
About You
- Have previous automotive parts experience (essential)
- Be confident operating in a sole charge capacity
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be reliable, proactive, and able to step in and make an immediate impact
- Experience within a prestige or luxury brand environment is advantageous
