Parts Assistant
Macaulay Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Assistant to join its established dealership in Queenstown.

Previous automotive parts experience would be advantageous, although applicants with customer service or administration experience, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

The Role
- Assisting customers and workshop technicians with parts enquiries and requirements
- Identifying and sourcing genuine and aftermarket automotive parts
- Processing parts orders and managing stock and inventory
- Providing accurate product information and excellent customer service
- Maintaining an organised and efficient parts department
- Supporting the wider dealership team with day-to-day operations
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- An interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
- A current NZ driver's licence
- The physical ability to undertake moderate lifting as required
