Golf Imports Limited is a proudly Kiwi-owned business and the New Zealand distributor for EZGO and Global Carts, supplying premium golf carts, utility vehicles, and transport solutions to customers throughout New Zealand.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to take ownership of our retail sales channel and help customers find the right solution for their needs.
Based from our Papakura showroom, you'll manage enquiries from multiple channels, demonstrate products, build customer relationships, and guide customers through the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Reporting to the CFO/GM, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries from showroom visitors, phone, email, website and referral channels
- Conducting product demonstrations and showcasing the benefits of the EZGO and Global Carts range
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Preparing quotes, processing sales, and managing customer follow-up
- Assisting customers with finance applications
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and lead management activity
- Delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry through to handover
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales across both retail and commercial markets
About You
- Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive, equipment, machinery, transport, marine, RV or a similar industry
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach and passion for delivering exceptional service
- The ability to manage your own workload and priorities
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- A full New Zealand Driver Licence
