Sales Consultant
RV Super Centre is launching a brand-new branch in Queenstown and is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join its founding team!
This is an exciting opportunity to sell premium motorhomes and caravans while helping customers turn their travel and lifestyle goals into reality.
You'll join one of New Zealand's leading RV businesses at an exciting time of growth, with the chance to establish yourself as a key member of a new team from day one.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
You'll build relationships with prospective buyers, demonstrate motorhomes and caravans, arrange test drives, explain product features and benefits, and help customers choose the RV that best suits their needs and lifestyle.
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll actively follow up leads, manage your own pipeline, participate in sales events and open days, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets.
The position operates on a five-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

About You
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving results
- Ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence demonstrating products and guiding customers through purchasing decisions
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- A full New Zealand Driver Licence
- Experience in automotive, RV, marine, tourism, outdoor recreation or other lifestyle-focused sales environments would be highly regarded
