Sales Consultant
Winger Motors is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join its East Auckland dealership in East Tāmaki.

You’ll be joining a busy dealership where building strong customer relationships, following up opportunities and delivering a great customer experience are key to success.
Automotive sales experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential. We’re open to successful salespeople from other industries who can demonstrate a strong track record of achieving results and are keen to establish themselves in the automotive industry.

The Role
You’ll manage customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to delivery, while building strong relationships and creating new opportunities.
- Manage showroom, phone and online enquiries
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline
- Work towards individual and dealership targets
- Build repeat and referral business
- Deliver a high level of customer service
About You
- Proven sales experience is essential
- Automotive experience is beneficial, but not required
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Confident relationship-building and closing skills
- Proactive with excellent follow-up
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence
- Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand
- Flexibility to work weekends
