Sales Consultant
Winger North Shore is looking for a driven Vehicle Sales Consultant to join its established sales team.
Representing six automotive brands and operating an open-floor sales environment, this is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse vehicle range and maximise every sales opportunity that comes through the dealership.
Join an established automotive group with a strong presence across Auckland and Hamilton and a long-standing reputation within the New Zealand motor industry.
You’ll bring previous automotive sales experience and a proven ability to perform in a target-driven environment and be proactive with lead follow-up, confident building rapport with a wide range of customers and motivated by the opportunity to maximise your earnings.

The Role
- Selling across Winger North Shore’s new vehicle brands and quality used stock
- Managing and following up customer enquiries and sales leads
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Utilising the dealership CRM to manage your sales pipeline
- Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Maximising unit sales and profitability
- Promoting finance, insurance and aftermarket opportunities
- Ensuring vehicles and the showroom are presented to a high standard
About You
- Previous vehicle sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach to lead follow-up and prospecting
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Confidence using CRM and sales systems
- A full New Zealand driver licence
