Representing one of the world's most recognised luxury automotive brands, you will be responsible for selling new, demonstrator and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles, delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell new, demonstrator and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively manage an established customer database to generate repeat business and referrals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
- Manage customer enquiries, test drives, quotations and sales negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and work towards monthly sales targets
About You
- Proven sales ability, ideally within automotive, premium retail or a similar environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- A professional, polished presentation and customer-focused approach
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with the motivation to exceed sales targets
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and computer literacy
- A full, clean NZ Driver Licence
Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous, however, candidates with strong sales ability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service are encouraged to apply.
