Honda New Zealand is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead Honda Store North Shore in Wairau Valley.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving new and used vehicle sales performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Working closely with Honda's Auckland leadership team, you'll play a key role in growing the dealership, achieving profitability targets, and strengthening Honda's loyal customer base.

About You
- Proven automotive sales leadership experience

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading and developing successful teams
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence
