Key responsibilities include
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Acting as the link between customers and the workshop team
- Advising on repairs, maintenance, and upsell opportunities
- Managing bookings and keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Finalising invoices and ensuring a smooth vehicle handover
- Handling warranty, recalls, and training-related administration

- Proven ability to perform well under pressure
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in your approach
- Well-presented with excellent organisational skills
- Tech-savvy with strong numerical ability
- Previous automotive franchise experience is highly regarded
