Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process customers in an efficient and professional manner
- Act as the link between customers and the workshop
- Book vehicles into the department and manage service schedules
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
- Ensure accurate completion of all service documentation and invoices
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
- Support continuous improvement through feedback and system monitoring
About You
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar workshop-based role
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Confident communicator, able to explain technical information clearly
- Organised and able to work effectively under pressure
- Strong computer literacy and administrative accuracy
- A full clean NZ driver licence
