We are on the hunt for an exceptional Service Advisor to join a well-established, family-owned automotive business located in the Northland known for its commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction!
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the driving force between the customers and the workshop.
From coordinating bookings, delivering timely and accurate updates while ensuring every interaction is smooth, stress-free, and leaves customers eager to return.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage service bookings across email, phone, and walk-ins in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborate with the team to deliver accurate work and exceptional customer experiences
- Welcome customers and capture repair and service details with precision
- Identify upsell opportunities and confidently explain additional work for approval
- Provide a professional handover, clearly outlining completed services
- Handle invoicing, payments, and documentation accurately
- Constant monitoring of daily repair orders and keeping customers informed of progress, delays and collection time
- Daily administrative duties to enable the smooth efficient operation of the workshop and aftersales administration
About You
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Solid automotive knowledge or a genuine passion for the industry
- Valid NZ Work Visa or NZ Citizenship
- Clean NZ driver’s license
- Strong team player focused on shared success
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
