Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join the busy service team in New Plymouth.

This is a key customer-facing position where you'll act as the link between customers and the workshop, helping coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout their service journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate service appointments
  • Welcome customers and confirm service and repair requirements
  • Prepare estimates, job cards and customer invoices
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding job progress
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process
  • Explain completed work and charges at vehicle collection
  • Support service administration and maintain accurate records
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction

About You

  • Previous Service Advisor experience within a dealership environment
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • A current Full New Zealand Driver Licence
