We’re searching for an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-performing dealership service department based in Central Auckland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a skilled service team
  • Driving workshop productivity and operational efficiency
  • Overseeing daily service operations, including scheduling, labour management, and quality control
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Delivering commercial performance, profitability, and growth
  • Championing Health & Safety and maintaining a professional workshop environment

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in automotive service or aftersales
  • A strong record of delivering results and growing business performance
  • Excellent communication skills, able to connect with customers, technicians, and senior management
  • A collaborative leadership style that inspires and motivates teams
  • Commercial acumen with a passion for customer experience and operational excellence
  • Strong computer literacy with dealership systems and Microsoft Office
