Service Manager
Farmer Autovillage is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead its busy multi-brand service department in Mount Maunganui.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established automotive Service Manager to oversee a substantial service operation representing six leading automotive brands: Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, CUPRA, Geely and Zeekr.
You'll be joining a respected, family-owned dealership group, leading an experienced team and driving workshop performance, customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.

The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Service Advisors and Automotive Technicians
- Oversee daily service operations, workshop scheduling and workflow management
- Drive departmental KPIs, technician productivity, efficiency and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, warranty processes and health and safety standards
About You
- Proven Service Management experience within an automotive service centre is essential
- Experience managing multiple franchises or European automotive brands would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations, technician productivity and departmental profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills
- Commercially focused, proactive and confident managing a busy service operation
- Experience with Autoline DMS would be beneficial but is not essential
