Service Receptionist & Administrator

Winger Motors is looking for a friendly and organised Service Receptionist & Administrator to join its busy Customer Service Centre in Penrose.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people, thrives in a busy environment and knows how to keep things organised when there’s plenty happening at once.

The Penrose Customer Service Centre supports five Winger Motors dealerships across Auckland, with hundreds of vehicles passing through the workshop each month.

You’ll be an important part of the team, helping customers with service bookings and enquiries while providing administration support across the wider operation.

What’s On Offer

  • Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
  • A modern, purpose-built working environment in Penrose
  • A supportive and friendly team
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Career opportunities within the wider Winger Motors group
  • The opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s leading automotive dealership groups

The Role

  • Managing a busy volume of incoming customer calls
  • Assisting with service bookings and appointment requests
  • Responding to customer enquiries and directing calls where required
  • Greeting customers and assisting with general enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate customer and booking records
  • Completing general administration, data entry and documentation
  • Assisting with reporting, filing and record management
  • Supporting customer vehicle coordination and vehicle movements
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Service and Workshop teams
  • Helping keep the Customer Service Centre organised and running smoothly

About You

  • Previous reception, customer service or administration experience
  • Confidence handling a high volume of phone calls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities throughout the day
  • A friendly, professional and positive approach
  • A willingness to pitch in and support the wider team

Previous automotive experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.

If you’re an experienced receptionist, administrator or customer service professional looking for a busy and varied role with a well-established automotive group, apply now!
