The Role
Based at our Botany site, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they call in to book a service or repair. You’ll work closely with the service team, handle inbound enquiries (for 60-70% of your time), make outbound calls, and help keep customers on track with their WOF and servicing. A Typical Week Consists Of
- Booking service and repair appointments across our four sites.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and keeping our data clean, because the details matter!
- You’ll handle inbound calls, answer general customer questions and resolve issues leaving every customer better off.
- Towards the later end of the week, you’ll make some outbound calls to customers due for a WOF or service, helping them stay safe and road-ready.
- A typical day will always include collaborating with our service departments to ensure seamless customer handovers.
You’ll Bring
- At least 12 months Customer Service or Sales experience preferably in a Contact Centre environment - Automotive experience will be highly regarded.
- Confidence in your delivery and excellent communication skills.
- Good time management as you’ll be used to juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- A history of using several systems at one time and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- An openness to learn new things and a positive, customer-first mindset that’s genuinely part of who you are.
We’ll Deliver On

- A base-salary starting from $57,000 (based on experience) plus performance incentives.
- Monday to Friday (mostly) – Our team work 1 in every 8 Saturdays for 4 hours. That equates to 1 half day Saturday every 2 months, which you are welcome to negotiate with your peers to swap or cover if it’s not for you.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training so you can hit the ground running and keep growing.
- Consistent check-in’s, regular one on ones, coaching and mentoring from your direct line leader and their 1-Up (this is an important part of their day to day).
