About You
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Able to work weekends
- Professional presentation and customer-first approach
- Honest, trustworthy, and highly reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technology and systems capability
- Full New Zealand driver's licence
The Role
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
- Generate and follow up sales enquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Support finance and aftermarket product opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity
- Present vehicles professionally and ensure stock is showroom-ready
- Contribute positively to a high-performing team culture
This is a six-day rostered role within a business that operates seven days a week, so flexibility and commitment are important.
