Farmer Autovillage is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join its new site in Mount Maunganui.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join one of the Bay of Plenty's most established and respected automotive dealership groups.
You'll be part of a successful, family-owned business, working with a great range of used utes and new and used motorhomes, enjoying the opportunity to maximise your earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

The Role
- Sell a wide range of used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively generate leads through prospecting, referrals and follow-ups
- Manage customer enquiries, appointments, test drives and vehicle deliveries
- Achieve sales targets and maximise finance, insurance and accessory opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity using CRM systems
- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to achieve results
About You
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry
- Previous used vehicle sales experience would be highly advantageous
- Confident communicator with excellent customer relationship skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Full, clean NZ driver's licence
- NZ citizenship or residency with the legal right to work in New Zealand
