Vehicle Administrator
Manukau Toyota, the flagship dealership of the Manukau Toyota Group, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join its busy Finance & Administration team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous dealership administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and delivering exceptional support to the wider team.
Working closely with the Sales, Finance and Administration departments, you'll play a key role in processing vehicle transactions, registrations and dealership documentation while helping ensure the smooth operation of one of New Zealand's busiest Toyota dealerships.
This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing vehicle registrations, RUCs and change of ownership documentation
- Managing vehicle deal packs and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
- Processing vehicle sales, deliveries and related administration
- Maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records across dealership systems
- Assisting with month-end processing and reporting requirements
- Supporting the wider Finance & Administration team with daily operations
- Liaising with Sales Consultants, Business Managers and internal departments
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
About You
- Previous automotive dealership administration experience is highly desirable
- Experience with vehicle registrations, sales processing or deal administration
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-volume environment
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Confident using computer systems and learning new processes
- Full NZ Driver Licence
