Warranty Administrator

As the Warranty Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing all warranty claims, ensuring compliance with brand policies, and supporting the service team with warranty related processes and admin tasks.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Processing warranty credit notes and service plan claims
  • Coordinating the correct disposal of warranty parts
  • Ensuring all warranty repairs follow the “complete repair” process
  • Keeping up-to-date with and communicating brand policy changes
  • Supporting the Service team with policy interpretation and warranty questions
  • Assisting with technician/frontline staff training on warranty procedures
  • Compiling and actioning results from warranty audits

About you:

  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry and dealership environment
  • Prior experience with warranty systems and service plans
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, team oriented approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
