You’ll be leading a large, high-performing workshop within a busy, well-backed operation, stepping into a key leadership role reporting into senior management, with modern facilities and the opportunity to genuinely influence performance, culture, and results.
Day to day responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large team of technicians, apprentices, and support staff
- Oversee workshop operations across a high-volume environment
- Manage workflow, job allocation, and daily productivity
- Drive efficiency, profitability, and performance across the workshop
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, compliance, and safety
- Work closely with service and parts departments to optimise operations
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed
- Mentor and develop your team to maximise performance
About you
- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager, Foreman or Workshop Controller in a high-volume dealership
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage and motivate a large team
- Solid technical background with strong diagnostic understanding
- Highly organised with excellent workflow and operational management skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on performance and results
- Confident communicator, able to work closely with senior leadership
- Someone who can step into a large operation and take ownership
