About the role:

This is a high-paced role which is not for the faint hearted. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high performing team to convert quality leads into results. Excellent communication and the ability to drive results and exceed expectations are essential skills for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service Manager with the leadership of the team.
  • Direct sale of Vehicle Retention products i.e. Extended Warranty and Service Contracts
  • Manage escalated vehicle complaints and customer care issues
  • Assist with team workforce planning and execution.
  • Daily Reporting

About You

  • Background in Direct Sales (ideal)
  • Proven ability to convert quality leads into Sales.
  • Complaint handling skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

What will set you apart?

  • CRM system knowledge would be an advantage
  • Having come up the ranks in a similar role, as a CSR and previous Team Leadership experience
  • Resilient with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Great sense of humour is essential
