An absolute opportunity is available at Isuzu Utes New Zealand Head Office as part of our after sales, parts team. This role will be centred around but not be limited to providing manufacturer information, resolving dealer parts queries and driving inventory management to ensure fast and consistent supply of genuine parts and accessories to our nationwide dealer network.

About the role

  • Reports to the National After Sales Manager
  • Provide manufacturer information to the Parts Team's throughout NZ ensuring the objectives of Aftersales departments are met
  • Maintain tight Inventory control on all parts lines and place supplier orders
  • Ensure the processing of dealer parts orders and discrepancies is completed efficiently
  • Assist with customer enquires
  • Implement strategies to grow the Isuzu Genuine Parts and Accessories market within NZ
  • Assist with parts administration matters within the After sales Department
  • Assist with dealer Bulletin creation and promotions
  • Compile weekly/monthly reporting as required and ensure its accuracy and timely delivery

About You

Must haves:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the industry
  • Proven Parts knowledge and strong inventory management experience and ability
  • The ability to create and maintain B2B relationships with business partners, dealers and suppliers
  • Can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage and communicate well is a must have
