About the Client

Our client is a well-established, successful global business who are one of the largest packaging manufacturers and distributors in the world. They have proudly remained a family operation and continue to grow and maintain their ongoing success.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator who is willing to showcase their customer service and sales skills by demonstrating strong commitment to customers through their provision of customer service excellence and outstanding sales abilities.

This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday and day shift hours.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Providing consistent and quality customer service
  • Processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Managing general customer inquiries
  • Promoting products
  • Sales calls - including outbound cold calling
  • Providing professional support to the sales team

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service position or similar
  • Proven experience in a sales environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good resilience with the ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills
