About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with taking inbound calls from retailers and consumers. This is a fast-paced environment working with a close-knit team of 10 who like to support each other. Being successful in this role will require an eye for detail, good data entry skill and some genuine interest in new kitchen appliances.
Located in Mt wellington, this is a Monday - Friday role and hours are 8am - 4:30pm. On an average day call volume would be around 50 calls per person.
To help you hit the ground running you will be taken through a two-week training program at the start of your employment. This will help you to transfer your previous experience to this niche industry.
