Fleet Sales Manager - Wellington

Our client is looking for a Fleet Sales Manager to join their busy dealership. Be part of a dynamic team that strives to beat targets. You will maintain existing relationships in addition to a proactive approach to generating business. You will devise and implement marketing strategies to gain inroads into the public and private sector.

As the right candidate, you will be given an uncapped commission structure plus a competitive base + car/fuel + phone. Your customer service skills and eye for detail and sales will drive you to long-term success within the fleet sales market.

Role Requirements;

  • Prospect new customers
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Provide great customer service
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Manage key accounts
  • Liaise with major leasing company's
  • Achieve or surpass company and distributor targets
  • Maximize unit profitability
