As a leading distributor of a reputable and prestigious car brand our client has easily become an industry leader and globally established a loyal and strong customer base. They are a proud Kiwi owned company.

They are looking for Marketing and CRM assistant to help support the team on their way to success. Ideally, you will be an all-round able candidate who is administratively strong with a marketing flare. Confident to share your ideas and visions whilst able to keep up with general administrative tasks.

With an emphasis on assisting the Marketing team and working with an intricate CRM system you will also be tasked with assisting the wider business with general administrative duties.

The Skills & Experience

  • Any marketing or administrative background would be advantageous to your application
  • Exceptional communication, highly motivated with strong organisation and negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) to an intermediate level
  • Scrupulous attention to detail; a calm and approachable manner with a customer centric approach
  • Organised and calm under pressure in a deadline oriented environment
  • Ability to work proficiently across multiple projects concurrently

Ideally suited to an individual who displays a high level of personal accountability and shows initiative readily; an open minded and flexible approach with a hardworking ethic will assist in staying abreast of the daily challenges of this very busy and variety filled role.
