About the role:

Our client is an industry leader in the Automotive industry. They are a hugely successful business who continually strive for the best.

We are looking for a Superstar Team Leader to take charge of the successful and determined Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will be tasked with leading the highly successful team to exceed expectations and convert leads into sales and reach new heights.

Being a supportive leader is essential to the success of this role, you will need to provide the team the support required to reach new targets. You will need to assist with workforce planning and execution of processes / plans.

To be successful in this role you will need to have proven success in sales plus leadership experience in a similar environment. You must be resilient, have the ability to stay calm under pressure.

As this role in within the Automotive industry, having some genuine interest in the industry is imperative to your success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service Manager with the leadership of the team.
  • Direct sale of Vehicle Retention products i.e. Extended Warranty and Service Contracts
  • Manage escalated vehicle complaints and customer care issues
  • Assist with team workforce planning and execution.

About You

  • Experience in Direct Sales would be an advantage
  • Proven ability to convert quality leads into Sales.
  • Abililty to handle complaints effectively
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills.
