Motorhome/Campervan Aftersales Advisor

Our client is looking for an Aftersales Advisor for their bustling Motorhome Franchise. In this role you will the face of the Aftersales department. Your role will see you guiding new Motorhome owners through their vehicle as well as providing ongoing product support. After you hand over the keys to their dream purchase, you will ensure they leave knowing everything there is to know about their Motorhome.

Role Requirements;

  • NZ Residency
  • Full, clean Drivers' License
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday
  • Positive attitude and team mentality
  • Resilience and keen problem-solving abilities
  • Automotive or Motorhome knowledge would be advantageous

This is a New Zealand owned and operated company with an impressive portfolio of European Motorhomes. Your passion for customer service will enable you to ensure that every customer leaves with a huge smile on their face and a solid understanding of their new vehicle. This role would be perfect for a hospitality/retail professional looking more stable hours. An automotive service expert would also enjoy being away from the pressure of a dealership.
