About the role:

As the General Manager's Personal Assistant, you will need to be accustomed to working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

You will be tasked with providing efficient and effective assistance by showing a high level of organisational skills and personal integrity at all times. Being timely, confident and having a high sense of initiative will be imperative to your success in this role.

You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with people across all levels and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Dealing with things in a confidential matter, being able to prioritise tasks effectively as well as being able to anticipate the requirements of the General Manger will come naturally to the ideal candidate.

Tasks will include:

  • Managing General Manager's electronic diary and various appointments, ensuring time management is maximised
  • Monitor and organise General Manager's inbox
  • Create and prepare correspondence / reports / presentations for General Manager as required
  • Organise, manage and book domestic and international travel
  • Organise hospitality for Isuzu clients
  • Assist in creation of presentations and proposals
  • Assist General Manager with various administrative tasks

Skills required:

  • You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • You will be proactive and a logical thinker and will have examples where you have demonstrated this in previous roles
  • You will be well presented
  • You will have a NZ driving licence
