About the Role

As a member of the Hyundai Ambassador Team you will be responsible for ensuring their new and existing clients are provided with the utmost professional and timely service with the goal of converting leads into sales.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Handling of incoming & outbound calls
  • Attend to website enquiries and ensure they are managed and responded to in a quick and professional manner
  • Managing brochure requests through the website 
  • Responding to chat queries via Facebook and website
  • Liaising with the dealership network and creating valuable relationships with others within the company
  • Dealing with warranties and dealership campaigns
  • Attending various field days and though the country where you will be dealing with customer face-face

About You

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will see yourself working closely with the service, marketing, sales or the corporate service teams. The company is eager and excited to meet someone who is has a high drive for success, is not afraid of hard work, is customer focused and would love a future with Hyundai and across the wider organisation.

Skills and attributes needed for the role;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Confident, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers on the phone
  • Confident with sales targets - any experience would be an advantage
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great attitude towards meeting goals and results
  • A clean full licence would be an advantage

Further Details

  • Monday to Friday - one Saturday a month
  • Really attractive bonus scheme based on team efforts as well as individual sales plus a base salary!
  • Rostered shifts between 7.30am to 7.30pm (however this is a 40-hour week)
  • Parking on site
