About the role:

This role reports directly to the National After Sales Manager to assist with technical matters, parts, warranty and training programmes for the Isuzu Ute dealer network. You will ideally have experience in either the technical and parts side of aftersales or both, as you will be the main point of contact for the dealer network for up to date manufacturer information.

Tasks will include:

  • Assist with technical enquires and perform diagnostics remotely with technicians at dealerships
  • Provide technical and parts product training
  • Provide manufacturer information to the Service and Parts teams throughout NZ ensuring the objectives of Aftersales Departments are met
  • Assist with dealer bulletin creation and surveys
  • Approval and process of warranty claims as well as Extended Warranties and Service Contracts
  • Process PDI documentation
  • Compile weekly/monthly reporting as required and ensure its accuracy and timely delivery
  • Help with all parts orders and ensure dealers are at maximum efficiency
  • Keep dealers up to date with manufacturer bulletins
  • Help implement strategies and growth for the departments

Skills required:

  • Proven automotive technical or parts knowledge
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
  • Proficient and tactical with automotive Industry knowledge
  • Precise and methodical, calm under pressure
  • Process driven with the ability to build rapport
  • The ability to create and maintain B2B relationships with suppliers and the network
