The Technical Support role is key to that.

The Role

Audi NZ is on the hunt for their next Technical Support Specialist.

The primary role is to assist the National Audi Service Manager, providing technical support and assistance across the Audi Dealer Network, encompassing in-dealership support, training and coaching.

Details of the position

  • Provide technical support to advice and direction to the Audi the dealer network.
  • Liaise with the principal manufacturers and regional offices.
  • Where possible, address the issues raised through dealer communication / specialist involvement in technical training
  • Give technical and warranty support for diagnostic testers with Siemens, Panasonic and Volkswagen Group Singapore
  • Ensure the delivery of Technical Support meets the Factory KPI's
  • Establish dealer network special tool and workshop equipment requirements for the Audi brand
  • Co-ordinate the ordering, receipt, dispatch, invoicing and dealer records of the determined Audi tooling
  • Report on key issues and KPI's to National Service Manager on a regular basis
  • Develop AQUA reporting, analyse results and utilise this system to improve the delivery of technical support
  • Co-ordinate and manage Audi Product Recall & Workshop Campaigns
  • Provide high-level technical diagnosis and trouble shooting
  • Plan, conduct and co-ordinate technical product and topic specialist training to the Dealer Network in conjunction with the Audi Technical Trainer
  • Provide technical support, advice and direction to the Audi Dealer Network for all vehicles, including e-tron related issues
  • Provide emergency response for vehicles in a critical condition, including but not limited to Accident Damage, Fire Damage, Vehicle Battery Failure

Requirements for the role

  • Automotive product knowledge
  • Aftersales experience
  • Minimum Qualification - Trade Certificate
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to speak to train and impart knowledge
