About the Role

The role would suit a Compliance Officer that is looking to expand their range of experience to encompass the wider aspects of automotive finance. You will primarily be responsible for ensuring all compliance checks are performed and adhered to according to legislation and handling calls.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader Collections & Compliance, you will also be responsible to assist with lending and administrative duties that may arise. The incumbent will also be required to assist with Operating Lease administration support as needed within a small specialised automotive finance team.


  • Compliance loan processing
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests, including account maintenance, information gathering and delivery
  • Transcribe formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence,

documents and data (scanning)

  • Gather all information required to comply with applicable legislation
  • Insurance administration
  • Assignment of account maintenance
  • Company pending removal maintenance
  • PPSR monitoring
  • Preparing paperwork for Variations and Assignments
  • Daily clearance and action of INFO and PPSR email addresses
  • CRM customer and dealer activities

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in finance
  • A passion for the automotive industry
  • Experience in dealer and customer relationship techniques
  • A confident individual motivated when working under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
  • Methodical and disciplined style with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to accept challenge in areas of limited experience and show flexibility to take ownership of tasks allocated
